Since I'm going a few extra weeks longer this time I've noticed something disappointing after Week 6.
My cravings are back.
It's weird because what once was satisfying enough for me, isn't now. I'm getting hungry again after eating which stopped happening after week 1.
The only thing I think of is because I'm back to my "normal" weight and because I'm trying to shave off the leftover flab my body has renewed it's fight to save what I have left.
It won't win. I'm more determined than ever. I'm increasing my activities daily from here on out to burn even more calories that ever before. No working out, but staying active cleaning the house, working outside, daily walks and playing with the girls at the park.
For example, not only did I take the girls for a 30 minute hike this morning, but also pushed them around the neighborhood for an hour (half uphill)
If I have to work harder to get the last 10 pounds off, so be it. I've got roughly 2 1/2 weeks left and I'm going to push hard to the end.
